Ever since I’ve had my Nutribullet, I’ve been tossing in everything in this magic blender that’s harder for me to eat on a regular. I would love to go out and conveniently find a green smoothie place on every corner, but NYC isn’t quite there yet and more than likely, your town either. However, the smoothie and juicing movement are growing more popular and I do believe the streets will be saturated with juice bars and probably will be more expensive as well.   1. 1 handful of Kale
  2. 1 handful of Spinach
  3. 1 stalk of celery
  4. Half green apple (peeled)
  5. Half green pear (peeled)
  6. 1/4 cup of parsley (stems okay)
  7. 1/4 cup of cilantro (stems okay)
  8. 2 tbsps of squeezed lemon juice
  9. 2 cups of coconut water (unsweetened)
  10. 6 cubes of ice (optional)
  1. Blend ingredients and coconut water (or liquid of choice) together.
